Future of Canada Fellow / Project Lead

Madeleine is a sport ecologist in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto. She is the founder and co-director of The Sport Ecology Group, a Future of Canada Fellow, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee. Most recently, she was lead author on UNEP’s Sports for Nature report and just finished her first book titled Warming Up: How Climate Change is Changing Sports (publishing in 2024 with Bloomsbury).

A specialist in environmental education, Delaney brings a wealth of experience in outdoor and experiential education to the project. (MASTER’S, OTP?, CAMP?)
